Paint Filling & Plugging & Capping Machine (BNS-YL)

* Manually put empty glass bottles into roller unscrambller, it will arrange to feed the bottles automatically into conveyor, when empty bottles go into tumbling box through upturn system,

* After bottles come to filling position through conveyor, Bottle Block System will block the bottles, after detecting by sensor, then filling. Filling nozzle will dive into bottle for filling, there are three quantitative cylinders for controlling filling volume, filling in three steps by three Pumps, and filling accuracy can reach 99%, no drops.

* After filling, bottles are delivered into rotary tray, a sensor will detect bottles, when bottle come into pump position, then it will feed and punch the stoppers into bottles automatically, and finish product rate can reach 99%.

* After put pump, a sensor will detect if there is pump in the bottles or not, after detecting, bottles will come into capping position for cap feeding and capping. After capping, bottles will be delivered into round labelling machine for labelling. Finally, all finished bottles will be collected by turn table.

* All process is carried out automatically, continuously and stably. Since the liquid contains 90% alcohol, electric box will be enclosed for protection.
